How to Request Deletion of Your Data

We respect your right to privacy. If you would like us to delete the personal data we hold about you, please follow the steps below or use the request form on this page.

What data can be deleted?
  • Your name, phone number, and email address submitted via our contact or booking forms.
  • Any messages or enquiries you have sent us.
  • Your photos and videos (subject to any contractual obligations — see note below).
  • Your details from our mailing or follow-up list.

Note: If a contract for photography services exists, some records may need to be retained for a legally required period (e.g., billing/payment records). We will inform you of any such exceptions when processing your request.

 Option 1 — Send us an Email

Email us at Contact Us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  1. Your full name.
  2. Your registered email address and/or phone number.
  3. A brief description of the data you want deleted.

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

 Option 2 — WhatsApp Us

Send a WhatsApp message to +91 96060 22205 with the message:

"Hi, I would like to request deletion of my personal data. My name is [Your Name] and my registered email/phone is [Your Email/Phone]."

 Option 3 — Submit the Request Form Below

For more information about how we handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy. Once a deletion request is fulfilled, the action is irreversible — please ensure you have downloaded any deliverables (photos/videos) before submitting your request.
